Magma - Mekanik Destruktiw Kommandoh
The only things you need to know regarding this band are: stoner rock bands are STILL trying to sound like this (though it came out in 1973) and they sing entirely in a language that the drummer MADE UP.

Tom ZéSelf-titled
A lost relic “rescued” by David Bryne, this is a wonderful multi-instrumental Brazilian piece.

Graf OrlockDestination Time Yesterday
If you’ve ever wanted to have a blast and be really aggro at the same time, this is the record to snag; accept no substitutions.

Atom & His PackageAttention! Blah Blah Blah
I was hard pressed to pick an Atom album other than his live record, but this one will do nicely; it’s just more listenable and cohesive than the rest of his catalog.

Modeselektor - Happy Birthday
Likely one of the most criminally underrated electronic records ever produced.

Bohren und der Club of GoreDolores
This album emanates evil in a way that most Norwegian metal can only hope to.

EditCertified Air Raid Material
If you’re one of the rare creatures that dig hiphop without all those goofy words screwing it up, this one serves up the best of the best.

McLuskyDo Dallas
Yes, Albini produced it, and yes, it’s some more raw Albini-esque rock and roll, but god dammit, this is at the top of the heap.

AdventureSelf-titled
I‘ve listened to a literal ton of chiptunes records and I’m glad to say that this is the best I’ve heard yet.

RaeinIl N'y A Pas De Orchestre
Pure raw emotion pressed on vinyl and plastic from Italy circa 2003. -g
